What to Include
When reporting an issue, please include:
- Your device model.
- Whether you use iOS TestFlight or a future Android build.
- The app version or TestFlight / Google Play test build number.
- The feature involved, such as Apple Health, Health Connect, profile, timeline, insights, intermittent fasting, medical documents, assessment, export or subscription.
- A short description of what happened.
- Do not include sensitive health data unless support explicitly asks for a safe, limited example.
App Information
CoolFitness is a privacy-first personal health intelligence app for workouts, recovery, sleep, nutrition, body metrics, intermittent fasting, goals, medical documents and optional AI-assisted insights.
Health permissions are optional and controlled by your device and app settings. The profile display name is entered manually. Apple Health and future Android Health Connect connections may prefill supported health values only when you grant permission.
AI-assisted insights are informational only and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
